What is the Rhythm, Wine and Brews Experience date and hours?

Saturday, March 3rd, 2018
Time: 4:00 PM – 12 Midnight for Elite and VIP Admission
Time: 5:00 PM – 12 Midnight for General Admission
Set times will be posted on the website prior to the festival.

Where is the Rhythm, Wine & Brews located?

Location: Empire Polo Club, 81800 Ave. 51, Indio, CA 92201
The VIP/ADA entrance to the festival is located on Ave. 50 between Monroe St. and Madison St. There is an additional VIP/ADA entrance on Monroe St. between Ave. 50 and Ave. 51. General Admission entrance is also on Monroe St. between Ave. 50 and Ave. 51

What parking options are available?

VIP & ADA parking lots are located on Ave. 50 between Monroe St. and Madison St. General Admission entrance will be on Monroe St. between Ave .50 and Ave. 51. Please view the festival map for parking lot locations.

Do you have a payment plan option to purchase tickets?

Payment plans to purchase Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience tickets are now available with Eventbrite and Affirm, Inc.

  1. Visit Tickets, Select your ticket and proceed to checkout
  2. Select "Monthly Payments with Affirm" from the Payment Method dropdown menu.
  3. Complete the Affirm application for a real-time decision
  4. If approved, confirm your Affirm loan and you will be emailed your ticket

Where can I buy passes to the Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience?

You can buy passes online or you can buy them at the gate the day of the festival.

Where are the UBER/LYFT/TAXI pick up & drop off locations?

The drop off and pick up lot for ride services will be located on Monroe St. between Ave. 50 and Ave. 51.

Are children allowed?

Yes. All ages are welcome. Children 12 and under are free. Visit the Box Office for an under 12 pass for your child.

Will there be ATMs available?

Yes. There will be several ATMs inside the venue.

How accessible is the festival?

Will there be phone and device charging stations at the festival?

Yes. Free phone/device charging stations will be located inside the festival venue.

Will there be water refill stations at the festival?

Yes. Free water refill stations will be located inside the festival venue.

What do I do if I lose an item during the festival?

If you lose an item during the festival, please head to the information kiosk near the front entrance to see if your item has been turned in. After the festival, please email info@rwbexp.com to see if your item was turned in to Lost & Found. If you find something, please turn it in to the information kiosk or main box office at the entrance to the festival.

What is the Bottle Share & Kick Off Party?

The Brewery Bottle Share & Kick-Off Party is open to Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience VIP and Elite ticket holders, Sponsors and members of the Media/Press. It takes place on Friday, March 2nd, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Click here for more details about the Brewery Bottle Share Event.
